I.Material Introduction

Semolar(R) UHMWPE combines the superior performance of most plastics. Excellent abrasion resistance, excellent impact resistance, chemical resistance. UHMWPE owns good mechanical properties and self-lubricating properties even at low temperatures. UHMWPE own the best wear resistance in engineering plastics. The higher molecular weight, the better wear resistance, even more than many metals (such as carbon steel, stainless steel, bronze, etc.).

II.Semolar(R) materials which usually made available in five grades, which is at the same density, but the higher molecular weight, and will lead higher impact resistance, and lower friction coefficient.

Semolar(R)UHMWPE350, molecular weight:3.5million,high impact strength, good surface hardness, wear resistance, suitable for applications in ships ship fender, bunker hopper and car loading liner.

Semolar(R)UHMWPE550, molecular:5.5million, high impact strength, good wear resistance, suitable for applications in ships ship fender, coal hopper, Auto loading and unloading of dragging plate , guide rails, conveyor, wear-resistant bracket, conveyor and rollers etc..

Semolar(R)UHMWPE750, molecular:7.5million, high impact strength, good wear resistance and good creep resistance, suitable for applications in ships ship fender, coal hopper, Auto loading and unloading of dragging plate , guide rails, conveyor, wear-resistant bracket, conveyor, rollers and sealing products etc..

Semolar(R)UHMWPE920, molecular:9.2million, food safe, superior impact resistance, wearing resistance and creep resistance, suitable for applications in ships ship fender, coal hopper, Auto loading and unloading of dragging plate , guide rails, conveyor, wear-resistant bracket, conveyor, rollers and sealing products etc..
